2、主要观察干茶的色泽,条形,整碎度和匀净度。
Mainly observe are the color, shape, size and appearance of the tea leaf.
3、投茶量要适当。绿茶每杯一般3克。乌龙茶、普洱茶每壶一般为7克.
The quantity of tea to be placed should be appropriate.Normally, for eachcup of green tea,3g of tea leaf are enough; and, for each pot of oolong or pu'er tea, it's better to use 7g tea leaf.
4、冲水时要悬壶高冲,让茶叶借助水流冲力在壶中翻滚。
During infusion, the water pot should be held from a higher position, thus the water can stir the tea leaves and keep them rolling in the water.
5、冲泡乌龙茶、普洱茶和普通的绿茶要用下投法,用100℃初沸的水。
For making oolong tea, pu'er tea, and ordinary green tea, the water should be pouring from a lower position and with 100℃ just boiled water.
6、冲泡龙井茶要用中投法,用80℃-85℃的水。
For making longjing tea, the water should be pouring from a high position and use 80℃-85 water.
7、冲泡碧螺春要用上投法,用70℃-75℃的水。
For making biluochun tea, the water should be pouring from a high position and use 70℃-75℃ water.
8、泡茶前要用开水烫洗杯具,提高杯具的温度。
Before making tea,the tea sets should be washed by boiled water in order to raise their temperature.
9、冲泡乌龙茶和普洱茶时、第一泡茶汤一般不喝,用于烫杯。
