【大红袍茶艺】The Art of Making Big Red Robe

世界自然、文化双遗产地武夷山，不仅是风景名山，文化名山，而且是茶叶名山。提起武夷山，不少茶人都知道，这里是红茶和乌龙茶的发源地，如今盛产武夷岩茶。提起武夷岩茶，则是普天下茶人都渴望能有幸品到中国茶王——大红袍。大红袍是清代贡茶中的极品，乾隆皇帝在品饮了各地贡茶后曾题诗评价说：“就中武夷品最佳，气味清和兼骨鲠”。现在我们就请各位嘉宾“当回皇帝过把瘾，品啜茶王大红袍”。

Wuyi Mountain is the world's natural and cultural heritage, known for not only its scenery and culture, but also its tea. Many tea drinkers know that Wuyi Mountain is the birthplace of black tea and Oolong tea.  Wuyi Rock tea is produced here which, as all tea drinkers know, is the king of Chinses tea, Qing Dynasty. After Emperor Qianlong tasted all kinds of tribute tea, he wrote the following in praise of Wuyi Rock tea, "Wuyi tea tops all, with a taste so blended and yet so constant." Now, I hope tea, "Wuyi tea tops all. with a taste so blended and yet so constant." Now, I hope  everyone of our guests to be an emperor and get satiated with the" Big Red Robe."
