【大红袍茶艺】第二道：焚香静气

（Incense to calm the mind)

茶须静品，香可通灵，冲泡、品饮茶王，更要营造一个祥和肃穆的气氛。我们焚香一敬天地，感谢上苍赐给我们延年益寿的灵芽；二敬祖先，是他们用智慧和汗水，把灵芽变成了珍饮；三敬茶神，茶那赴汤蹈火、以身济世的精神，我们一定会薪火相传。

To taste tea requires a  tranquil mind; only then would the fragrance affect your spirit. To enjoy the king of teas, it is even more important to get yourself in a state of serenity

and peace. Firstlye we burn incense tea sprouts; secondly, we burn incense to honor our ancestors whose wisdom and labor turned the tea sprouts into marvelous drink; thirdly, we burn incense to honor the god of tea whose spirit of self -sacrifice for mankind will be passed on from generation to generation.
