武夷山人品茶讲究“头泡汤，二泡茶，三泡四泡是精华”。大红袍属于乌龙茶类，其汤色呈亮丽的琥珀色，出汤时如皎龙吐水，我们把头一泡的茶汤用于烫杯或直接注入茶盘，称之为“乌龙入海“。

The tea drinkers in Wuyi area like to talk about "first round is soup, second round is tea, third and fourth rounds are essence". Belamily to the family of Oolong Tea, the Big Red Robe has amber color tea liquor; when you pour the tea, it is like a dragon billowing out water. We therefore use the first brewed soup to either wash the tea ware or pour it directly into the tray, and this is called "black dragon entering the sea."
