石乳是元代武夷山的贡茶。三斟石乳，即为嘉宾斟第三道茶。

Shi-ru was a tribute tea from Wuyi Mountain during the Yuan Dynasty. The "third pot of Shi-ru" simply means making third pot of tea for our guests.
