Relishing the aroma time and again
第三次闻香不再是用鼻子闻,而是从口腔大口地吸入茶气,然后把茶香从口腔再呼出,这样可以更精确地感受到大红袍茶香的特点。当地茶人把这种闻香的方法称之为“荡气回肠”。
When the third pot of tea is served, you no longer sniff the fragrance with your nose, but rather inhale the tea mist through your open mouth, and then exhale it through the mouth as well. Only by doing this can one truly and accurately capture the typical scent of the tea. Local tea drinkers call this "relish the aroma time and again."
