【普洱茶茶艺】第一道：赏茶（喜闻陈香）

Examine the tea (the joy of familiar fragrance)

普洱茶在开泡之前应先闻干茶香气，以陈香明显为优，有霉味异味者为下品。赏茶后将茶荷里的普洱茶倒进煮茶用的同心壶中。

Before cooking the tea, we expect you to first smell the  dry tea's fragrance; High quality tea has crusted fragrance, But if there is smell of mold or other odd smells, the tea is not good. After that, you may drop the tea to the concentric pot.
