     "Heaven and man in unity."is the bacis concept in all Chinese tea ceremonies.When we taste Jasmine tea,we normally use what is called the"cup of three talents."The lid represents Heaven;the cup stand represents Earth;and the teacup itself in the middle repesents man.Only when Heaven,Earth and Man are in total unison are we able to bring out the best in tea.
